The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

Orders shipped may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all applicable import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. 

We offer free shipping and delivery for selected countries when a minimum spend is met: 

• South East Asia - Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand & Vietnam - min spend of S$300 applies 
• Asia - Australia, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea & Taiwan - min spend of S$500 applies

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. You have 30 days from the shipping date to request for a product exchange. 

Please note all postage or shipping charges on exchanges will have to be arranged and borne by customer.
